MY INVOLVEMENT WITH THE LS2 4X
While working on multiple campaigns simultaneously, I had the opportunity to make a modest yet valuable contribution to this launch. In addition to crafting various content pieces, I dedicated substantial effort to producing the installation video for the new LS2 4x product.
The 3D installation video serves as a vital support tool, aiding end-users in seamlessly installing their device. Specifically, within the LS2 helmet in this instance, as it required a bit more steps. This resource minimizes the need for reaching out to customer support. Therefore streamlining the process and enhancing the overall experience for the customer.
Some of the text I wrote made it onto a datasheet used in stores to promote it and educate sales staff.
